The Online Course

Developed and researched over two years, the online course will guide you step-by-step how to find your child’s eczema triggers.  It will then equip you with strategies and methods to help their skin heal – both skin-deep, and from the inside out. You will learn how to aid healing with topics including food triggers and diet, gut healing, and dietary supplementation. You will be confident putting in place an infection control programme, choosing or making laundry and cleaning products, and how to choose or make natural moisturizers.  You will gain a fundamental understanding of how to help your child with correct bath and skincare techniques, and scratch avoidance.  This course does not simply tell you what to do, but teaches you the reasons and the whys so you have a deep understanding of each strategy.  Each week is broken down into 3-4 topics to read, then has a weekly “Action Points Summary” to make it easy for you to know what steps to take each week.  This course can also be purchased separately from the full programme.

The Box of Treatment Supplies
